General HOOFMENT shipping instructions
After receiving your payment, we will of course send your package to you as soon as possible! You can only order products in our online store that we still have in stock, so we avoid long delivery times.
As soon as we have sent your package with DHL "GoGreen" on the way to you, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation, which also contains a link to track the shipment. This way you can always see how far away your package is from you by means of the DHL tracking number.
If the delivery is affected by force majeure, we ask for your understanding that the delivery time may be extended accordingly. Of course we will inform you about this.
If your package is accidentally lost or damaged during the shipping process, HOOFMENT will bear the costs.
Shipping within Germany
We deliver your products within Germany in 3-5 business days to your specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL "GoGreen".
The delivery period begins in case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order to the bank entrusted with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, then the deadline ends on the next working day.
The shipping costs at HOOFMENT are free for you from an order value of 100€ within Germany. For an order value below 100€ the shipping costs are 4,95€ (incl. VAT). If there are shipping costs for your order, you will be informed about them in the order process.
Shipping within Europe
When shipping within Europe, the delivery time is up to 14 business days, depending on the recipient's location.
For shipping within Europe we charge a flat rate of 11,45€ (incl. VAT) per order regardless of the order value. You will be informed about these shipping costs after entering your delivery address in the order process. The order value for Switzerland is limited to a maximum of 1.000,00€ net per order.
Please note that for delivery to countries outside the EU possible additional costs such as customs duties and taxes are to be borne by you as the buyer. These costs depend on the country of delivery and the size of the order and cannot be calculated or assumed by HOOFMENT. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more detailed information before placing your order.
If the ordered product does not fit you or your horse or if you do not like it, you can send it back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please use the original box for the return shipment. In every order you will find a return form to fill out. This form helps us to better evaluate your feedback. If you return a product, it must be unworn and free of damage. You have 14 days after receiving the package to return your product to us. Please make sure that you only wear the products to try them on.
We place a very high value on the quality of our clothing and carry out checks before we pack your packages. However, if we have made a mistake and you have received a faulty product, you can of course return the product directly to us.

Sustainability in shipping & packaging
It is very important to us to make our shipping and packaging as environmentally friendly as possible. Therefore we ship our products exclusively with DHL "GoGreen"- this means that all packages are shipped climate neutral. Greenhouse gases that are produced during transport are offset by climate protection projects. So you can store online with a clear conscience.
We also put a lot of love into our packaging! All packaging materials are sustainable and have been selected and created by us with great care and attention to detail. Our shipping box consists of 35% grass paper and 65% recycled waste paper. This is closed with an environmentally friendly HOOFMENT paper tape with natural rubber adhesive. Our postcards are made from 100% recycled paper and are printed using only green power and organic inks. We also try to save paper and therefore only print the most necessary forms. You will receive your invoices exclusively by e-mail.
